I really like this probiotic. I believe it helps with my skin - makes it look healthier. I also can tell it helps me not be bloated . ?

So far, so good
Will have to update when I have been taking this long enough to see skin improvement. I did specifically choose this brand after researching the specific Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains that have been shown to improve the skin and/or skin microbiome. The gel capsules have a funny taste, but not a huge deal. Other than that, no side effects or any others. Good product!

Great for my acne prone skin
I’ve taken this for over a month now and my skin is so much clearer , the breakouts I do get are smaller, less severe and much less frequent ,and my skin is healing better. Overall my skin looks healthier .I would highly recommend you try this if you have acne prone skin , love the quality ingredients !

Works for skin-
I was looking for certain probiotic strains that specifically work for skin - Dr Formulated Skin was very good but you can't get it- they are having supply chain issues for months and months. Codeage has similar components- and i was very happy to see that. It's been very good thus far- and I hope they continue to make this and procure some of the strains. I hope it continues to be tested as well- as its worrying to source from some markets that have trace amounts of other elements- so I am very happy with this probiotic so far!

Waiting to see results
Not sure how long you have to take this to see results. Got this for my teenage daughter and haven’t seen much difference in her acne. She has 8 capsules left so I would have expected to see some improvement.
