Good for digestion

As a kid I always had to have those refrigerated probiotics after I'd gotten sick, so these shelf stable ones are so convenient for me! I absolutely love these probiotics! This is my 2nd time ordering these and I will be purchasing again. They really are high quality vitamins. They don't leave a bad aftertaste like some supplements do. I have noticed a significant difference in my gut health since I started taking these. I would always have bloating, gas, or upset stomach all the time. After taking these probiotics for a couple of weeks, I barely had any stomach issues. I highly recommend these!!!

Great for gut health
This arrived just as I was getting over an awful stomach bug. I'm so glad it came when it did because I really think it helped me to get my gut health back to normal. Once I started taking it I recovered pretty quickly and my stomach discomfort went away quickly. I usually take a probiotic daily but my stomach feels much more settled with this one, and I feel like potentially problematic foods don't bother me as much or at all while taking this probiotic!
