Disappointing results
I expected better results from a Pure Encapsulation product. I have had better results using products that weren't as expensive. I've used many different brands of probiotics (I've been taking probiotics for nearly 20 years) and this one was probably the least effective.

Pure Probiotics
The Pure Probiotics is easy to order, arrives quickly and still cold. The capsules are small but can still be broken open if you have swallowing difficulties. I find no negative side effects with them and have been using them for years.

In my opinion, these are the best probiotics on the market. I have 5 grandkids and these are gentle enough for children. Plus, the Pure Encapsulations brand is recommended by many health care professionals.

Awesome probiotic!
This is the ONLY probiotic that aids my digestion without making me sick, i.e. getting bad headaches, nausea, or dizziness. I have progressed up to taking 2 of these per day. LOVE!

Excellent Probiotic
After any course of antibiotics, I replace the good bacteria with Pure Encapsulations PureProbiotics. Take 2 capsules 4 to 5 times during the week for 2 - 3 weeks. Can feel a difference which results in better digestions, better intestinal absorption, which results in better overall energy.

Excellent Probiotic
Excellent probiotic to take after course of antibiotics; to replenish good bacteria in G.I. Tract. Feeling of fullness after 5 - 7 pills (Once a day). Balance of good bacteria is necessary for B-Vitamin conversion for energy, and for G.I. Health, and Mental Health; as 70 - 80% of Serotonin (necessary for proper mental health) is actually made in the G.I. tract.

High Quality Probiotic !!!
First trial of this high quality probiotic. Very pleased to see that upon testing with pH paper - the pH was 6.5 (close to 7.0), and it registered very low on the Glucometer (16). Other products bought from store were very acidic (less than 5.5) and very very high on the glucometer (so high that these products did not register). The literature states that it is best to maintain a pH near 7.365 and do not consume anything (food or medicines) that spike your glucose levels to sky-high levels. So far (1-week) no adverse events experienced with this product. Will test later with G.I. test to confirm that the amount of good bacteria have actually been increased in my G.I. tract.
