A game changer !
I play a fairly competitive recreational tennis and have started taking Meditate vitamins first thing in the morning before the games . I have noticed an improved concentration and greater energy combined with overall mood improvement ! A game changer for me ! Thank you and I highly recommend !

Not for me
It made my head almost feel numb and it carried over into the next day with only one capsule. I just wanted to close my eyes for the entire day after maybe it would work well for some people but there is no way I could take this regularly.

Helps with sleep
Started taking this two months ago before bed and have noticed a big improvement in the time it takes me to fall asleep. Will definitely keep using as part of my evening routine.
