Efficacy is Noticeable in Conjunction w/ Lifestyle Efforts

Only way I can take magnesium

Well tolerated
This form of magnesium is well tolerated, even on a semi-empty stomach. I usually just take 1 at a time, and have started using it mainly at night time or late evening. (Taking 2 at a time stresses my digestive tract a bit the next day.) I'm taking this form of mg because it has been recommended for women in my age group.
