Quick result
Having stopped regular daily walks to allow a hamstring injury to heal I began using the product while increasing walks to two miles daily. In two days muscle soreness was gone and in four days I was walking at 3.5 mph.

One Month Down- decent start
To be fair I’ve only used this for about a month now so I don’t expect my results to be full swing yet- but I noticed that I do have more energy during the day and my post workout recovery time seems a bit faster so I’ll try another couple months to see if I notice more changes over time. The energy alone is a nice change. I’ll make updates in a few months but so far I’m feeling optimistic!

My package was delivered when promised and was carefully packed. I’ve been taking it for several months. Anecdotal reports are not reliable and positive reports are often based on the placebo effect. I haven’t noticed any difference but hope it’s helping.
