    I love that this Selenium supplement is liposomal. It is much better absorbed by the body love the quality no weird tastes easy to swallow capsules. Made in the USA. I have several other supplements of this brand and I have to say I love Codeage supplements!

    I started taking this selenium for my inflammation (advised from a neighbor) but I was also surprised on the results on my skin and nails. I usually take it in the evening and it doesn’t require food or anything. Also it is very economical considering the potency!

    I take selenium daily and this is the best one I have taken yet. The pills are easy to swallow and flavorless. (My old pills made me gag)

    I started taking this because I needed to supplement with iodine and selenium is required to begin first. These capsules have been easy to swallow and no funky taste. I have had some previously that just dind't want to go down! I also appreciate that this bottle is a 6 month supply so no need to keep ordering all the time

    Easy to Swallow

    I feel I am low on selenium so I wanted to get a good brand. These seem to be good so far. I have had no negative reactions to these and they are easy to swallow. They are small. I was expecting big pills and so that was definitely a plus. They also do not have a nasty taste before they go down either that's definitely a plus too. I am hoping these help with my issues I've been having.
