Convenient capsules
I've taken COQ10 in another form...liquid but I like taking this in capsules no liquid spills. No bulky bottle. It rives my body. Good for my heart and easy to carry and take with my meals.

Fat Soluble CoQ10
This coq10 is a must have for my household. Being a diabetic I am at a heightened risk of cardiovascular disease as I age. CoQ10 is something I believe every young adult and up should be taking for preventative measures. I highly recommend being in the natural industry for over 15 years.. very few are liposomal.This is liposomal which means it is bound to a fat base to make it fat soluble! Their vitamin E is the base. For ease of shopping the vitamin E is sourced from rice bran!

Blood pressure
I bought this as I’ve learned that taking CoQ10 helps to control blood pressure. This one really works. It is easy to take and easy to absorb. I do see my blood pressure is better controlled after just one week of use of this product.

Improved my blood panel!
My blood panel was greatly improved after taking coq10 for 3 months.what a good supplement for heart health and your cholesterol.I was not taking any other medication and will continue to take this only. It is very easy to swallow no known side effects for me. This is my new go to product! I like that it contains other vitamins like vitamin C and does not include dairy or gluten. I read the ingredients in detail and it doesn’t include any fillers like other brands I’ve tried in the past ! Will be purchasing this brand going forward!
