Great product for diarrhea
This one is not for me although Jarrow probiotics are some of the best I've tried over the years. For me, I tend toward IBS-C (constipation). So for me, I do better with bifido and not with lacto bacterias. So, this one doesn't work for me but the bifidum heavy products do.

No complaints
Works well with no side affects, went off it for awhile and belly felt bloated all the time. Back on it and stomach feels better and even lost some weight.

I have used various probiotics in the past few years. Jarrow makes decent products but this one did not agree with me. I believe it was too strong of a probiotic for me.
