Gastrex from Standard Process has a new formulation featuring 10% more okra, providing a higher bile acid-binding capacity than other vegetables studied. This key function helps discourage the reabsorption of bile into the gastric tract, which may allow cholesterol and toxins to be excreted through the stool.
