Suggested Usage
This product is all-natural, highly-concentrated, contains no added preservatives, flavors, or sweetners and has a very strong taste. Trace Minerals Research recommends mixing it with juice or food, and dividing the serving throughout the day to mask the concentrated mineral flavor.
- Begin regimen by taking 10 drops for 3 consecutive days. Each day thereafter, increase serving by 10 drops up to ½ teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice daily.
- Children age 1-3: Take 1 drop for every 5 lbs. of body weight.
For regular or sodium restricted diets. Re-mineralize Water: Improve the flavor of distilled, reverse osmosis or purified water. Adding 20-40 drops per gallon or to taste (2-4 drops per glass) compares to expensive mineral water. Minor crystallization may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

This product does contain minerals which I have added to my distilled water pitcher and it does alkalize soda and other soft drinks.

Unfortunately, this product didn't work out for me. I did the 10 drops, plus 10, plus 10 for three days = 30 drops and on the 3rd day, my leg and foot swelled up & I felt ill. I'm not sure if this was the sodium in it or what but I had to stop. I'll have to get my magnesium topically from now on.

We get reverse osmosis drinking water and use these to remineralize the water. Strong taste but you get used to it, so that water without these actually tastes *off*. Good stuff, easy to use. Wish they made larger sizes.

Helps with my Energy
It was suggested I use trace minerals while doing a keto diet and it helped with my energy immediately! I use 1 dropperful with 2 dropperfuls of trace minerals per 1/2 gallon. I think it makes my water less flat tasting. If it tastes bitter use less drops.
