Excellent combo of calcium magnesium zinc copper boron vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 most of which I need for restless leg and gut issues. I am happy that there is no aftertaste goes down easily and also this is a 2 month supply. I always have great luck with this brand since it is so clean and well sourced. Its nice to not have aftertaste and burping up after you take these. I recommend and will buy again!

Great supplement for every day!
I am very happy to take calcium on daily basis it gives me piece of mind that I am covered due to my teeth being naturally very fragile and are not strong. Also it's good for my bones since I do a lot of physical activities. And to know it's actually getting to my immune system since it has vitamin D3 and it's not just washing out if you take it itself.
